Shipping

We are currently shipping UPS Ground to the contiguous 48 States via online orders. For orders outside this area or other shipping requirements, please contact us. Shipping charges are a flat rate calculated upon an average distance and the weight of the items purchased. Please allow from 3 – 7 business days to receive your order. A tracking number will be sent via email if applicable.

Use the order pages online – click Make Payment on the check out page – fill out and print the payment form – mail along with payment made to:

Orders will be shipped after checks clear – usually 3 days.

Tax

Winsor Entertainment is required by state law to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Minnesota.

We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. Any and all information collected on our site will be maintained in the strictest confidence and will not be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned to any third parties.

Return Policy

Any purchase may be returned for refund within 30 days of shipment date, provided
the item is (A) unused and resalable, (B) found to be defective in either material or workmanship (subject to QA inspection). Individual parts are replaceable. Call if you need further information on specific part(s) replacement.

Before returning any item, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not be able to process your return and properly credit your account without the RA number. Please have your invoice or packing slip number and item model name/number available when you call. If the return is a result of a manufacturer’s defect or an error on the part of Winsor Entertainment, we will reimburse you for the specific part or product and the return expense.

Returns that are not the result of a manufacturer’s defect or error on the part of Winsor Entertainment must be returned at the customer’s expense and will be subject to a handling and/or re-stocking charge. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return, along with the RA number. All full product returns must be sent in original packaging. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
